Poliskope - About Us

Poliskope is a digital media company focusing on Jamaican politics in the context of law, governance, economy, and society. We provide sharp, investigative journalism and data-driven analysis to help the public understand the power structures, policies, and institutional dynamics shaping our country.

In a time of political polarization and information overload, Poliskope cuts through the clamour, offering clarity, context, and credibility. We cover the forces influencing legislation, the judiciary, economic policy, and social outcomes, delivering content that informs, challenges and empowers.

Poliskope aims to bring the people of Jamaica (the governed) and the governors (politicians) closer by bridging information gaps that create mistrust and the making of uninformed decisions. By doing this, we believe that we will see an improvement in the people’s participation in public affairs, resulting in good governance in the context of democracy.
